Our Goal
David Steen®, Inc. evaluates contracts and proposals to help companies negotiate telecommunications contracts for long distance voice, data, and wireless services with vendors such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and CenturyLink. Our goal is to ensure the vendor provides the best contract for which the client qualifies.
Process
We will perform an analysis of current telecommunications contracts at no cost or obligation to the client. In the event we find it beneficial to help in the renegotiation of contracts, the client decides if they would like us to proceed.
Steen will leverage its knowledge of the latest vendor pricing to determine targeted rates to be used in the negotiation. Our clients often stay with their current vendor. We will assist in negotiations to secure savings. Steen staff will handle as much of the negotiation process as the client desires, either acting as a representative or supporting the client in the background.
Based on the negotiation to achieve the targeted rates, the client provides a decision based on what the vendor is willing to do on rates. If the client and vendor are in agreement, they begin the process of developing a new contract. The client always controls contracting decisions.
Throughout the entire process there is no cost to the client so it is a no lose situation. Once a new contract is in place, we are compensated on a percentage of the savings achieved as a result of our efforts. Clients will be billed monthly or quarterly.
Ongoing, Steen will be available for continued consulting on client needs and issues, keeping clients informed on the latest topics in the telecom industry, and bringing new ideas to clients as Steen becomes aware of them.
